Important Vendor Info

• $50 Vendor fee is required plus a donation of one craft item for the raffle.

• All Vendor Spaces Are Outside, 10 x 10 spaces.

• Vendors must supply table, chairs, canopy, and any equipment. No Electricity is Available.

• Sorry, No Location Requests. You will be assigned an area. Loading assistance will be available.

  20 Vendors will be located in the front parking lot with cars parked alongside,

  30 Vendors will be located on the ballpark outfield grass area.

• Our goal is to feature a wide variety of crafts for the buyers. Vendors with similar craft items may be placed on a waiting list.

• Vendors will be notified of acceptance on or before September 1, 2023.
